The Reporter Slam – Germany’s most entertaining stage format with journalists – is hosted abroad for the very first time. In the Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA) in Skopje, five reporters compete to find out who can talk about a research in the most entertaining way. All of them come from different countries in Southeastern Europe, they will perform in English.
The competitors are:
Una Hajdari (Kosovo)
Ana Benacic (Croatia)
Saska Cvetkovska (North Macedonia)
Bojan Stojkovksi (North Macedonia)
Aleksandar Brezar (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
The moderation in Skopje is done by reporter slam founder Jochen Markett. A musician is also part of the show.
Each slammer will be given ten minutes on stage; at the end, the audience chooses the so-called slampion of the show. He/she will be awarded a trophy and will qualify for the annual finals, taking place in Berlin in January 2022.
A cooperation with the Media Program South East Europe of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Germany, and the Association of Journalists of North Macedonia makes this event possible.
